Goal:

Here is what you send after the interview is scheduled (Can be sent from Calendar software):

NOTE: Here is the page where I send people to schedule: inspiredinsider.com/schedule

Key Points

When they book their interview, this email gets sent out automatically after the person schedules on my acuity scheduler. If my assistant or I book it directly on my google calendar then we have a textexpander set up with the same message that gets inputted on the description of that google calendar invite.
(If you don’t use textexpander it has been game changing for our business and I use ‘calendar jeremy interview’ all one word – ask me to demonstrate it for you)You can adjust it according to what you need. It covers 3 things:
1. Link to conference line or contact info where you meet for the actual interview itself
2. Whether the interview is via video or audio.
3. Information about what questions you ask or tell them that you don’t script questions in advance, with links to examples.
