Share Your Calendly Personal Access Token: Tracking the Outreach We Do for You for Cold Email Program
You must share your Calendly API Key so that we can conduct outreach on your behalf, track your appointments, and send follow-ups if necessary.
Finding your API Key is quick and easy. First, log in to your Calendly account, go to the Integrations page, go to the API and Webhooks page, and copy your API Key.
Below is a step-by-step guide and video walkthrough to help you navigate your Calendly account and find your API Key.

1. Log in to your Calendly account.
First, access your Calendly dashboard by logging in with your usual credentials. This is where you’ll manage integrations and generate your personal token. It’s best to do this from a desktop browser for easier navigation through the settings and options.
2. Navigate to “Integrations & Apps” on the left-hand menu.
Once inside your dashboard, locate the sidebar on the left and click on “Integrations & Apps.” This section allows you to connect Calendly with other tools and generate tokens for integrations like the one Rise25 uses to track cold email outreach.
This area is also where you can explore additional automation and analytics tools should you want to expand your Calendly use beyond this setup.
3. Select “API and Webhooks.”
Scroll through the Integrations section until you find “API and Webhooks.” This is where you’ll be able to generate a Personal Access Token, which gives Rise25 access to calendar data relevant to your campaign tracking.
This ensures that the cold email outreach sent on your behalf is tied directly to measurable results, such as meetings booked and links clicked.
4. Generate a new personal token.
Click “Get a token now”. You’ll be prompted to name the token; it’s helpful to use a clear and recognizable format, such as “Rise25 Email Outreach – Your Name” (e.g., Rise25 Email Outreach – Tom Smith). This helps you keep track of your tokens for future reference or cleanup.
5. Verify your identity via email.
After naming the token, Calendly will email you a verification code. Check your inbox, copy the code, and paste it into the prompt within Calendly to proceed.
This step confirms that you’re the account holder and ensures the token is securely generated. The process usually takes less than a minute, but double-check your spam or promotions folder if you don’t see the email right away.
6. Copy the token and email it to Rise25.
Once your token is verified and generated, you’ll see a button to “Copy Token.” Simply click this, then paste the token into an email to the Rise25 team (support@rise25.com or your primary campaign contact).
This token allows Rise25 to track key performance metrics tied to the cold outreach done on your behalf, such as bookings and click-through rates, and optimize your campaign results over time.
